Prohibition of Retaliation

GEM Aromatics maintains zero tolerance towards retaliation. No adverse action, harassment, or victimisation will be taken against any individual who raises a concern in good faith, irrespective of their role or relationship with the Company.

Anonymity

Concerns may be reported anonymously. While providing contact details can help facilitate investigation, it is not mandatory, and anonymous disclosures are accepted and addressed responsibly.

Confidentiality

The identity of the whistle-blower and individuals named is treated with strict confidentiality. Personal data is protected in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

Management of the System

Overseen by senior management under the guidance of the Managing Director. Authorised personnel are responsible for reviewing and investigating concerns in a fair, impartial, and timely manner.

Rights of Persons Affected

We ensure rights to privacy, dignity, and presumption of innocence are respected throughout. Actions are taken only after due process and objective evaluation.
