Eugenol
Eugenol is the principal aromatic constituent of clove and one of the most widely used phenolic aroma chemicals, serving both as a fragrance material in its own right and as the starting point for iso eugenol, methyl eugenol, eugenyl acetate and vanillin chemistry. Gem Aromatics rectifies eugenol from clove leaf oil in its own plants and supplies rectified 99% and USP grades.
