Iso Eugenol
Iso eugenol carries a warm, carnation-like floral spice note and is a long-established perfumery material as well as an intermediate on the route to vanillin. Gem Aromatics isomerises it from its own rectified eugenol and also supplies the acetate and benzyl derivatives.
