Spearmint Oil
Spearmint oil is distinguished from peppermint by its carvone rather than menthol character, giving a sweeter, softer mint note without the cooling bite. Gem Aromatics supplies spearmint oil at 60 to 80 percent carvone content, along with isolated L-carvone for customers formulating to a fixed specification.
