Dementholised Mint Oil (DMO)

Dementholised mint oil is the fraction remaining after menthol crystals are removed from Mentha arvensis oil. It carries a strong minty profile at a lower menthol content and is the working base for a large part of the flavour industry, as well as the feedstock for menthone, menthyl acetate and mint terpenes.
